How often has someone asked what you do in your studio, and you’ve said… “Oh, I just fart around”? Well, in that spirit, we are pleased to welcome you all to submit works to this year’s members’ show “Xplorations: fARTing around.”
We batted around many ideas and came to agree on a theme that we felt was fun and would encourage everyone to experiment, explore, and most of all… play! Our most creative ideas and our best work emerge when we’re open, curious, and playing. We hope you will have this in mind as you create and choose the pieces you submit to this show. We can’t wait to see what you come up with!
In addition to the members Exhibition, we bring back our ever popular Open Studio on Saturday December 7th from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Xchanges studio members will open their doors and be on hand to show your their work and discuss the visions and processes.
Join us for an opening reception on Friday December 6th from 7:00pm to 9:00 pm.
