Xplorations: fARTing Around
December 7th to December 15th
Information for Submission to the Exhibition
Each artist is welcome to submit 2 pieces of art, which together cannot exceed 24”x 48”. If you submit more than 2 pieces, we may not be able to hang all of them, so please let us know which ones that you most want in the show.
Pieces MUST BE ready to hang (i.e., proper wiring, etc.).
You will be asked to fill in paperwork that outlines the details of your work, including price. If price is not included, we will assume it is Not for Sale (NFS).
Artists must be a member of Xchanges in good standing. If you are not a member or your membership has lapsed, please see our Join Today! page to initiate or renew your membership.
Drop-off dates
Artists are required to drop off their artwork and complete the paperwork BEFORE the hanging of the show.
Drop off dates/times are as follows:
Saturday, November 23 and Sunday, November 24 between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Saturday, November 30 and Sunday, December 1 between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Please note: Xchanges can not insure your work against theft or damages and will not be responsible for such. Please insure you own work accordingly.
Pick-up dates
All works MUST be picked up after the closing of the show on Sunday, December 15th at 4 p.m.
A Note about Sales
Please price your work accordingly. Sales will all go through the Xchanges Square terminal. Your first $50.00 worth of sales is commission free. After that commission is at 20%. There will be credit card fees applied by Square that will also be paid by you. Once all sales are finalized, we will etransfer the remaining sales to you at the email you provide to us at check-in/drop off. Please ensure you give us the email you wish to use for your etransfer.

Open Studio
Saturday December 7th, 11:00 to 4:00 pm.
Gallery hours:
Saturday/Sundays 11:00 to 4:00 pm
