Ashley Culver’s work focuses on transformation of common everyday objects, such as food. In “Study of a Membrane,” she pushes this transformation to the state of unrecognizability, which will entrance viewers with the delicateness and sublimeness of the membrane. “Study of a Membrane” will give viewers a new perspective of an object that is so familiar.
