The artists of Xchanges invite you to join us in celebrating the 40th anniversary of Victoria’s oldest Artist-Run Centre studio cooperative throughout the month of September. Events include the annual Members’ Exhibition, Studio Open House, and Studio Sundays, with workshops and demonstrations open to the public.
2007 Members’ Exhibition
The Members’ Exhibition opens September 8, 2007 for viewing and continues through to September 30 from 12 to 4 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays only. The Artists’ reception will take place during the Studio Open House, Saturday, September 22, when all studios open their doors to the public. Discover the amazing range of art produced by the members of Xchanges, and talk to the artists in the studios where it was made!

Studio Sundays at Xchanges
September 9 to 30, 2007
Beginning September 9 and running through the month, each Sunday is a Studio Sunday, with one or more studios offering workshops and demonstrations to the public.
Xchanges is home to several group studios, including pottery, photography, and printmaking, as well as many individual studios, with work ranging from traditional to avant-garde. Many artists will have small works and cards for sale in addition to their larger work. Come revel in the variety of styles, media, and personalities that are the magic of Xchanges.
