This is another note to let you know that we have done some reconfiguring of Studio 7 to bring the price down a little. Hopefully this will help with affordability.
Studio 7 is a larger space with three divided studios. It has excellent natural light and is on the balcony level, overlooking the city. If you are a practicing artist looking for an affordable studio space to rent and a community to inspire you? Look no further than Xchanges.

Studio 7C:
Adjacent Studio – Available October 31st $389.00 per month, plus 1/2 month security deposit.To rent at Xchanges you must become a studio member $40

As you may have heard, Xchanges is a part of a Coalition bringing about a new artists district in a building in the downtown district. As a studio member of Xchanges this will grant you an opportunity to select your choice of studio if you wish to continue with the move. As the process has been lengthy, the moving dates are still TBD.
