Studios 6B and 6C are in a shared space with studio 6A. You could move into the studio today!
Studio 8B is shared with 8A, and will be available on February 1, 2024.

Other fees and information
- Annual Xchanges membership $40.
- Key deposit: $10.
- Security/damage deposit: 50% of one month rent.
- Monthly rent due by the 28th of every month – by e-Transfer.
- NSF charges: $50.
- Two months notice to vacate. No subletting or other arrangements. All studio artists are approved by the board.
Items of Note
- Xchanges is an artist-run centre, as a studio member you will be expected to Volunteer 4 hours a month from a list of jobs, tasks, and duties that contribute to the success of Xchanges Gallery and Studios.
- We ask artists to respect smoke-free and vapour/scent-free studios.
- Social distancing is practiced and updated, with changes ongoing.
- There are two flights of stairs, and the centre is only accessible by these stairs—we apologize.
