Conditions of Rental

All spaces are rented as is.

  1. It is the Renter’s responsibility to clean up both before and after their event.
  2. The Renter is responsible for any damage to or loss of any Xchanges equipment or material.
  3. No art work is to be moved unless prior permission is given by the exhibitor.
  4. The Renter is responsible for any damage to art work that occurs during the rental period.
  5. All licences and permits (such as for alcohol) are the responsibility of the Renter.
