Christine is an Irish visual artist, based in Vancouver, Canada. She graduated with an honours BA in Photography from Dublin Institute of Technology in 2010. While based in Dublin, Christine worked freelance, contributing to the publications Hotpress and State. During this time she was shortlisted for Smedia’s News Photographer of the Year Award.

In 2009, Christine completed a self-initiated project based on a narrative around vegetarianism and animal cruelty. This project, titled ‘Evisceration’, took it's first format in the self-publishing of a book in May 2009 and later went on to feature in a group exhibition in Dublin as well as being featured in a radio interview on Dublin’s Phantom FM. Some of the images from this body of work went on to be included in a PETA blog campaign and in 2010, one of these images was awarded second place in Monday Magazine’s annual photography competition.

In July 2010 Christine relocated to Canada and has been pursuing her career as a fine art photographer. Her most recent body of work, In Real Life, is a social commentary on the ways in which women are received in the world. Christine is commercially working out of Vancouver as a photographer and graphic designer.
